6000 MCT series of Miyabi is known for its unique tsuchime (hand hammered) finish and meticulously carved Pakkawood handles for using the knife conveniently with vivid cutting techniques. Paring knife, being a multiple functionality knife in kitchen is available in different sizes from the collection. This knife with 5 inch long blade is a graceful extension of 3.5 inch long paring knife which abets in tasks like slicing, cutting, peeling or chopping tender foods, small sized nuts, herbs etc.

With sturdy SG2 core blade in double beveled edge, it is reviewed with following features:
